Mit dem Ziel, das Europarecht und die Entwicklungen der europ\u00e4ische Integration auch \u00fcber den universit\u00e4ren Bereich hinaus einer breiten \u00d6ffentlichkeit zug\u00e4nglich und verst\u00e4ndlich zu machen, betreibt Prof. Dr. Thomas Giegerich<\/a> und sein Team seit Februar 2014 den Blog Jean Monnet Saar<\/em>. Wir laden dazu Interessierte herzlich ein, Texte auf Deutsch oder Englisch zur Ver\u00f6ffentlichung einzureichen.

Ver\u00f6ffentlichungsformate<\/strong>
Jean Monnet Saar<\/em> bietet in den folgenden drei Kategorien Analysen und Stellungnahmen zu aktuellen und interessanten Rechtsfragen der europ\u00e4ischen Integration. Interdisziplin\u00e4re Beitr\u00e4ge sind ebenfalls willkommen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Saar Case Notes<\/a><\/strong>: Die Saar Case Notes sind eine Sammlung von Anmerkungen zu aktuellen Urteilen mit europa- und v\u00f6lkerrechtlichem Bezug. Die Anmerkungen sollten maximal 1.250 W\u00f6rter umfassen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Saar Briefs<\/a> <\/em><\/strong>(ISSN:2749-0874): Die Saar Briefs<\/em> sind kurze und pr\u00e4gnante, aber wissenschaftlich fundierte Analysen zu aktuellen Themen der europ\u00e4ischen Integration und des EU-Rechts sowie des V\u00f6lkerrechts und des nationalen Rechts mit Europabezug. Die Beitr\u00e4ge sollten eine L\u00e4nge von 4.000 W\u00f6rtern nicht \u00fcberschreiten.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Saar Blueprints<\/a>\u00a0<\/em><\/strong>(ISSN: 2199-0050): Bei den\u00a0Saar Blueprints<\/em>\u00a0handelt es sich um eine E-Paper Serie, die vor allem dem wissenschaftlichen Nachwuchs die M\u00f6glichkeit bietet, sich wissenschaftlich fundiert zu Themen der europ\u00e4ischen Integration zu \u00e4u\u00dfern. Der Umfang eines Beitrags sollte zwischen 4.000 und 6.000 W\u00f6rtern liegen. Umfangreichere Beitr\u00e4ge sind jedoch willkommen, sofern dies f\u00fcr die thematische Vertiefung sinnvoll erscheint.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Saar Expert Papers<\/a>\u00a0<\/em><\/strong>(ISSN: 2199-0069): Die\u00a0Saar Expert Papers\u00a0<\/em>sind eine Sammlung von Fachbeitr\u00e4gen, die von Experten verfasst und \u00fcber das Portal in elektronischer Form einer breiten \u00d6ffentlichkeit zug\u00e4nglich gemacht werden. Der Umfang eines Beitrags sollte zwischen 4.000 und 6.000 W\u00f6rtern liegen. Umfangreichere Beitr\u00e4ge sind jedoch willkommen, sofern dies f\u00fcr die thematische Vertiefung sinnvoll erscheint.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

With the aim of making European law and developments in European integration accessible to the general public beyond the university, Prof. Dr. Giegerich<\/a> and his team have been running the academic Blog Jean Monnet Saar<\/em> since February 2014. We cordially invite interested authors to submit papers in either English or German for publication.

Publication Formats<\/strong>
Jean Monnet Saar <\/em>offers analyses and comments about current and compelling legal issues in European integration within the following three categories. Interdisciplinary contributions are also encouraged.<\/p>\n\n\n\n


Saar Case Notes<\/a><\/strong>: The Saar Case Notes are a collection of comments on current judgements regarding EU law or public international law. The Case Notes should not exceed 1,250 words.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Saar Briefs<\/a><\/strong> (ISSN:2749-0874): Saar Briefs<\/em> are concise science-based analyses of current topics of European integration and EU law as well as international law and national law with a European focus. Submissions should not exceed 4,000 words.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
