Die Rede ist von der Entscheidung \u00fcber das PSPP-Programm der Europ\u00e4ischen Zentralbank (EZB), in der das BVerfG erstmalig ein Handeln <em>ultra vires<\/em>\u00a0seitens der Europ\u00e4ischen Union bejaht hat.
